Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at 18%.
• Orders are paid in full online before they are made.

Made-to-order products

• Each order is made to the length, drawn, texture, shade and options you select. Please check your choices before paying.
• Natural hair varies slightly in tone and texture, and colours look different on different screens.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered on the Shipping & delivery page, and returns and refunds on the Returns page; both form part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
