Is the hair 100% human hair?
Yes. Every wig, extension and bundle we sell is made from 100% human hair. It can be washed, heat-styled with a heat protectant and coloured darker by a professional.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on the site includes 18% GST, and you receive a GST invoice with your order. The product page also shows the price before GST.
What is the difference between single drawn and double drawn?
Single drawn hair keeps its natural mix of lengths, so the ends are thinner than the top, like your own hair. Double drawn hair has the shorter strands taken out, so it stays full from top to bottom. Double drawn costs more because more hair is needed for the same weight.
How do I find my shade?
Send a photo of your hair in daylight to us on WhatsApp (+91 85956 52171) and we will tell you the closest of our 16 shades, free of charge. Colours look different on every screen, so we recommend a shade match for anything other than natural black.
How long will the hair last?
Human hair lasts 3–5 years with proper care. Gentle washing, regular conditioning, heat protection and storing it properly make the biggest difference.
How do I pay?
Pay securely online through Razorpay with UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or a wallet. Because every order is made to your choices, we do not offer cash on delivery.
How much hair do I need?
It depends on the product and the look. As a guide: 3 bundles for a full sew-in up to 18 inches and 4 above 20 inches; 100–200 g of clip-in or strand extensions. Each product page has its own advice, and we are happy to help on WhatsApp.
