HD Lace vs Transparent Lace: The Real Difference
What HD lace and transparent lace are, how they differ in look, strength and care, and how to choose for your wig.

The lace is the thin mesh at the front of a wig where hair is knotted by hand to create a hairline. Both lace types are see-through; the difference is in how fine the mesh is.

Caring for lace
- Remove adhesives gently with the remover made for them.
- Never pull the lace to take a wig off.
- Store the wig on a stand so the lace keeps its shape.
